• Burniston Nurseries Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded or resold.

• Gift cards must be redeemed in full in a single transaction. Any unused balance remaining after the purchase will be forfeited and cannot be refunded, exchanged or carried forward to a future purchase.

• Gift cards can be purchased with a minimum value of £20 and a maximum value of £100.

• Gift cards are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. Any balance remaining after the expiry date will be cancelled and cannot be redeemed. Please note Burniston Nurseries is open seasonally, please take this into account when purchasing and redeeming your gift card.​

• Burniston Nurseries cannot accept responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged gift cards, and replacement cards cannot be guaranteed.

• We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions or refuse, suspend or cancel a gift card where we reasonably believe it has been misused, altered or obtained fraudulently. This does not affect your statutory rights.
